Norway

Description

Visiting Europe's northernmost destinations is on many of our bucket lists. It's like a sacred place in essence. But don't forget the Lofoten archipelago in the rush. It is perhaps the most awe-inspiring area in the whole of Scandinavia.

The prices are extremely high, so it's best to stock up well in advance and go wild camping wherever you can. It is not worth driving, there is usually a 70 km/h limit everywhere and there are very strict fines for exceeding even a few km/h. Fines can quickly run into the 1000s of euros.

But don't worry, there is something to admire in nature around every corner. Not for canyoneers, but highly recommended for hikers.
